The Parlor is the newest concept from Chef Li, owner of other spots like Umami, Nanban, and Allegheny Wine Mixer. Known for exceptional food and service, The Parlor is a fun, dynamic, and rewarding place to work.
The Parlor is seeking a full time, salaried General Manager with experience in serving, bartending, and management. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, training, sales, costs, guest service, food quality, and meeting all standards of sanitation. . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in full service restaurant management. .
